Greg Gives Good Advice.

My co-worker keeps meowing at the office. Like, I’ll be sitting in my chair doing work, and my co-worker who’s 40 feet away audibly meows. She used to do it once a day, now it’s becoming more frequent. It’s distracting and other people have noticed.
What should I do?
A: You should confront your co-worker, in person and in as public a place as possible with the most people around.
For example, at around 10am or so, after everyone’s already arrived at the office and is sitting down to a productive day, walk over to her desk and ask her as loudly as you can, “Why do you meow every day? You used to do it once a day but now you do it as much as four times a day. It’s extremely distracting and I’m beginning to worry about your mental health and the mental health of every one who can hear you. Please stop.”
Talking about your problems is often the best solution. Your co-worker will later thank you for helping her come to grips with her problem.
