I’m a sell-out.

I installed anti-virus software today. Something I vowed to not do because of what it tends to do to my audio software, oh well.

Such dilemmas are part of what it means to be a grown up, I guess.

It’s the Norton Online Suite that Rogers gives its users for free. So I’ve got that. It wouldn’t install before because of a problem with my admin account. I called up Rogers tech support and this really sharp dude helped me out lickety split quick.

Tech Support is a tough (and rough, and not in the New Kids On The Block sense) gig. I know first hand. But this guy was nice and professional and so now there’s like four whole people at Rogers whom I like.

Hats off to him!

It’s so nice when customer service is actually friendly! ^___^ That always makes my day a little brighter.
