October 29, 2008 11:37 amI’ve been accused at making contradictory statements in the past about what I hold to be the greatest videogame of all time.
I can rationalize that away by arguing that the problem is the definition of ‘videogame’ isn’t clearly defined.
Despite my use of the terms interchangeably there’s a difference between ‘videogames’ and ‘computer games’.
Therefore, Half-Life can be the greatest computer game of all time, and Yakuza can be the greatest videogame of all time and that’s that.
Here’s my list of favourite computer games:
1) Half-Life
2) Marathon 2
3) Myth
And videogames:
1) Yakuza
But something might change that:
Yes sir! ABBA is heading to the PS/2 in their own Singstar Game!

The New Paddington Bear
7:42 amThe World’s Greatest Blogger is off in England and so reading her post of her first morning there rekindled my deep affection for Paddington Bear.
The new Paddington Bear seriously sucks.
Seriously, what is this? All his charm and personality have been sucked out of him, and now he looks like some subpar straggly poorly drawn rug.
